Discover the major milestones that marked this year of transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\" id=\"h-a-remarkable-progression\">A remarkable progression<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><a href=\"https:\/\/catamaniacrm.sharepoint.com\/sites\/comunit\/SitePages\/R%C3%A9trospective-2024---une-Ann%C3%A9e-de-progr%C3%A8s-et-d%E2%80%99audace-!.aspx#une-progression-remarquable\"><\/a>This year marked a significant step forward for Catamania in its partnership with Atlassian. By moving from internal use of JIRA to supporting more than 25 clients, we consolidated our expertise and maintained our prestigious Gold Partner status. Our teams based in Niort and Orl\u00e9ans stand out for the implementation of tailor-made and innovative solutions, ranging from Cloud integration to the design of custom plugins.<br>At the same time, through our &#8220;Expert Days&#8221;, we also shared our know-how, actively contributing to the agile transformation of our clients.<br>We look forward to continuing this adventure and discovering what 2025 has in store for us!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\" id=\"h-a-year-full-of-innovations\">A year full of innovations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">In 2024, we pushed the boundaries of innovation through our Innovia R&amp;D program, exploring and exploiting Artificial Intelligence to simplify and enrich the daily lives of our employees and customers.<br>At the heart of these advances: the creation of the \u201cAugmented Employee\u201d platform, the generation of interactive training modules with Synthesia, the simulation of customer interviews in virtual reality, the study of the Shift solution, as well as the use of AI to animate our trade shows\u2026<br>In short, this year was marked by rich and ambitious initiatives, reflecting our commitment to becoming a key player in the field of AI and emerging technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-collaboration-at-the-heart-of-catamania-strengthened\">Collaboration at the heart of Catamania strengthened<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">We have focused on creating and running our internal communities, these spaces for sharing and exchanging ideas that help stimulate creativity and innovation through joint projects. <br>From meetups to podcasts, to our participation in numerous trade fairs, we have been able to bring together internal talents and external partners around our knowledge to build a collective future where innovation and expertise go hand in hand with sharing..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\" id=\"h-people-at-the-heart-of-our-success\">People at the heart of our success<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">The Umania program, launched in February 2024, embodies our commitment to all employees.
